Kevin joined Landsman in early 1988 as an inhouse mason. Over the course of many years, he has had the opportunity to hold several positions and build relationships with many within the company.
Tina joined the Landsman team in 2001 after six years as Assistant Controller at USAirports. She earned a B.S. in Accounting at SUNY Geneseo and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ann is the Human Resources Manager at Landsman overseeing HR and payroll. Ann has over 30 years of experience in all areas of human resource management with much of her career spent in property management.
Jacques joined Landsman in 1989 where he is responsible for overseeing IT operations and technology related initiatives. At the time of his hire, Landsman was using an IBM midrange platform and stand-alone PCs at our sites.
In 2019 Natalie joined the residential team with more than ten years of property management experience.
Elliot joined Landsman in 2001 and is currently responsible for the oversight of commercial management activities, property operations, financial planning, staff development/management to maximize overall portfolio performance. In his previous role as Operations Manager, Elliot has worked with educational institutions such as Rochester City School District, University of Rochester’s Eastman School of Music and The College at Brockport.
Kim has been associated with the Landsman companies since 1987. She earned a B.S. in Accounting and an Executive MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Kim’s responsibilities include oversight of the finance department, human resources, risk, and procurement.
Kurt joined Landsman in 2007 as the Vice President of Operations and has been promoted to President/CEO at the start of 2021. He has extensive experience in the leasing and management of commercial real estate including retail, office, flex space, coworking and warehouse/manufacturing.
