Kevin Koss
Kevin Koss
Central Maintenance/Safety Director
Kevin joined Landsman in early 1988 as an in-house mason. Over the course of many years, he has had the opportunity to hold several positions and build relationships with many within the company. In 2012, Kevin was appointed to lead in the development and oversite of a companywide Safety program. As an active EMT in a local community-based volunteer ambulance service, he has seen the results of unsafe acts and was willing to take on the challenge. Kevin has also earned multiple certifications from the Rochester Institute of Technology’s OSHA Training Institute Education Center. He continues to seek greater knowledge with the goal of helping ensure our employees practice safety both at work and home.
In his off hours, Kevin, along with his wife, are avid birders and enjoys traveling in pursuit of new species. He is active in the local EMS community as both an American Heart Association BLS CPR trainer and an examiner of new EMT’s at the MCC- Monroe County Public Training Facility. In winter, when not birding, he can be found on the slopes of a local Southern tier ski area.
