Key Personnel

  • Jim joined Landsman Development Corp. in 2001.  He previously spent 23 years with Bausch & Lomb in a variety of positions including Vice President of Administrative Services and Vice President of the Vision Accessories business unit.  Jim was responsible for managing the design and construction of the Bausch & Lomb World Headquarters Building in downtown Rochester.  He received a BA in Biology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, an MS in Safety Management from West Virginia University and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).  He is currently a member of the President’s Roundtable at RIT, the Advisory Board for the Graduate Business School at RIT, the Chairman’s Council of The Charles Finney School, and the Board of the Greater Rochester Housing Partnership.  He formerly served as Executive Vice President of the National Safety Management Society and as a United Way volunteer for small business accounts.  Jim also served as a member of the Boards of Rochester Downtown Development Corporation including a chairmanship of the central business district development committee, Family Service of Rochester, Family Resource Center, and Rochester Economic Development Corporation.  Jim is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.

  • Kim has been associated with the Landsman companies since 1987.  She earned a B.S. in Accounting and an Executive MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).  Kim’s responsibilities include oversight of the finance department, human resources, compliance, and procurement.  She leads development of affordable housing including rehabilitation and resyndication of existing projects which involves working with New York State Housing and Community Renewal, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Empire State Development Corp. and Housing Finance Agency.  Kim is a member of New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) and she is a member of the Dean’s Advisory  Committee for the College of Business at RIT.  She formerly served on the Advisory Board for the Executive EMBA Program at RIT.

  • Kurt joined Landsman in 2007.  He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial real estate including leasing and asset management. He has been a New York State Real Estate Broker since 1985. His experience and expertise is extensive in the commercial real estate field including positions as Manager of Real Estate for Wegmans Food Markets, overseeing millions of square feet of commercial real estate, and as the Chief Operating Officer for a regional real estate developer, with retail plazas, office parks, self-storage businesses, market rate and tax-credit apartment housing developments.  Kurt is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Providers (NAIOP).

  • In 2014 Tracy became a member of the Landsman team with over 20 years of experience in property management in Michigan, Florida, Las Vegas and New York.  She has managed both new construction and full rehabilitation projects as well as affordable and luxury residential properties.  Tracy has extensive experience with compliance programs such as HUD, HCR, Tax Credit, mixed use, market, and Rural Development.  Previously she served as Area Manager for Conifer Realty and as Regional Manager for Providence Housing.  She holds designations as an Accredited Resident Manager (ARM), an Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), a Site Compliance Specialist (SCS), and a Tax Credit Specialist (TCS).  Tracy is also certified in Rural Development (STAR) by Spectrum.

  • Christine rejoined the Landsman team in 2015, where she had previously worked as a commercial lease administrator.  Christine has over 30 years of experience in property management in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York City managing affordable, conventional and commercial properties.  Since leaving Landsman, Christine held a variety of property management positions of increasing responsibility including Deputy for Housing Compliance for Pathstone, Training and Development Specialist for Related Management, and most recently as Regional Property Manager for Providence Housing.  Her primary focus has been on compliance in programs such as Tax Credit, HUD, HOME, Rural Development, Public Housing, NYS HCR, and HHAP, as well as other supportive housing programs.  She holds an AS in Business and Accounting from Monroe Community College along with Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designations.  Christine also holds Tax Credit (C3P) and S.T.A.R. Rural Development certifications.

  • Raquel rejoined the Landsman team in 2019.  Early in her career she had served as an Administrative Manager for Landsman.   Raquel then spent over sixteen years with Conifer Realty first as a Property Manager and then as their District Manager.   During her 28 years in property management, Raquel has gained experience with HUD, Tax Credits, Rural Development, and mixed use properties.  She holds several designations from the National Center for Housing Management including Tax Credit (TCS), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Housing Manager (CHM), and Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM).  She is a Notary Public and is certified in Rural Development (STAR). 

  • With over ten years of property management experience, Rosa joined Landsman in 2019. Most recently she held the position of Deputy for Housing Management at Pathstone Management Corporation where she managed and was responsible for over 1,000 multi-family/senior units. Prior to that she was in their marketing department and served as a Property Manager. Rosa also gained experience during her association with Conifer Realty, LLC in their marketing department. Rosa holds Certified Occupancy Special (COS) and Tax Credit Specialist certifications from the National Center for Housing Management.

  • In 2019 Natalie joined the residential team with her more than ten years of property management experience. Prior to joining Landsman, she held the position of Compliance Specialist at Conifer Realty, LLC after serving as a Property Manager for WinnResidential. Natalie holds Certified Occupancy Special (COS) and Tax Credit Specialist certifications from the National Center for Housing Management. She is a Notary Public and also has STAR Rural Development and CSO-PH certifications.

  • Mr. Mauro joined BSG in 1983.  He has been involved in the construction industry for 26 years.  He is a graduate of Alfred State College with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology.  Mr. Mauro is the past President of Building Owners and Managers Association of Rochester (BOMA), a member of the Builders Exchange of Rochester, and he serves on the Board for the Jr. Builders of Rochester.
